If you do not agree, do not install or use the app, and do not use the counter on this website. If you are using the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how dates and preferences are stored. It is part of your relationship with the product; read it as well.

My Age In Days is a personal age calculator and almanac. It shows how long it has been since a date you enter, and related facts (zodiac, birth stone and flower, moon phase, leap year, weekday, pet-year estimates, and, in the Android app, a historical office-holder for a selected country).

It is not a medical device, identity document, official age-verification service, astrology consultation, or legal record. Do not rely on it to prove age to a government, employer, school, or website that requires ID.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the Android app on devices you own or control, and to use this website, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer the app except to the extent that prohibition is not permitted in your jurisdiction.
• Rent, sell, sublicense, or publicly rehost the app as your own product.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Use the product to build a competing listing that impersonates My Age In Days.

When you use the app or site, you agree that you will:

• Enter only dates you have a right to use (your own, or a family member’s with appropriate permission).
• Not use the counter to harass, dox, or publicly expose someone else’s birth date without consent.
• Not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities except through coordinated disclosure on the Support page.
• Not misrepresent the app’s output as an official government or medical record.
• Comply with Google Play policies and applicable law, including export rules.

We may refuse support or future updates to anyone who repeatedly violates this user policy.

Age in whole days is computed from the calendar date you enter to the current device or browser clock. Time zones, leap seconds, and historical calendar reforms can make “exact” civil time disagree by a small amount. Moon phase is an astronomical approximation. Zodiac dates follow the common tropical (Western) table. Chinese zodiac uses the civil year, not the lunar new year boundary. Historical leaders in the Android app are a curated list and may be incomplete, disputed, or out of date.

Pet-year figures are cultural estimates, not veterinary science. Do not use them to dose medication or assess animal health.

The product does not offer user accounts, cloud sync, or social features. You are responsible for the device and browser where the date is stored. If you share a phone or a computer, others with access to that profile may see the saved date.

If you download the app from Google Play or another store, that store’s terms also apply. We are not responsible for store fees, refunds processed by the store, or device OS behavior (backups, permissions, battery optimizations).

The My Age In Days name, the calendar-and-clock artwork, layout, and copy are owned by us or licensed to us. You do not acquire any ownership by using the product. Short quotations from these legal pages for the purpose of reviewing the app are allowed.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that calculations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for any official purpose.

Some places do not allow implied-warranty disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH MAY BE ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your publication of someone else’s birth date without a lawful basis.

You may stop using the product at any time by uninstalling the app and leaving the site. We may stop offering the app or website, or change features, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (license restrictions, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers keep any mandatory protections of the country where they live. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in your member state of residence.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and discontinue use of the site.
