Where is my birth date stored?
On Android, in the app’s private preferences on the device. On this website, in your browser’s local storage. It is not uploaded to our servers. Clear it with the Clear button, app storage settings, or by uninstalling.
Why doesn’t the app need an account?
A birthday is enough to run the counter. Accounts would mean a server, and a server would mean holding dates we do not need.
The day count looks one off. Why?
The counter uses your device clock and the calendar date you entered, in whole days. Time zone, the exact hour you were born (which the app does not ask for), and leap-day edge cases can shift civil time by a day at the boundary. You can change the date and compare.
Are zodiac and moon phase official?
No. Western signs use the common tropical date table. Chinese zodiac follows the civil year, not lunar new year. Moon phase is an approximation of the synodic cycle. They are almanac color, not a reading.
What languages does the Android app support?
English, Spanish, and French, plus a country picker used for historical office-holders. This website is in English.
How do I delete my data?
Website: tap Clear on the counter, or remove this site’s data in the browser. Android: clear the app’s storage or uninstall. We do not keep a remote copy.
Can I use this to verify someone’s age?
No. The Terms of Use say the product is not an identity document or age-verification service. Use government ID when a law or platform requires it.
The app is missing from my language or country.
Store availability depends on Google Play. Write to us with the country and we will note it for a future listing update.
